Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using Nexodo's SaaS dashboard, QR stands, or NFC review cards (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use our Services.

2. Services & Hardware Delivery

Under our Business Starter Setup package (₹999 setup fee), we deliver:

• One (1) Custom QR Code Table Stand.
• One (1) Contactless NFC Review Card.
• Four (4) Months of platform subscription access (including custom forms, AI generator, and dashboard metrics).

Hardware delivery will be shipped via standard local carriers to your business address within 5-7 business days of checkout.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, & Cancellations

Please review our billing parameters:

• Setup Fee: The setup fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge of ₹999 (unless hardware arrives damaged, in which case we offer free replacements).
• Monthly Renewal: After your initial 4-month subscription period ends, the access continues at a low rate of ₹99/month, billed monthly.
• Cancellations: There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your access will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Responsible Use & Google Guidelines

You agree to use our Services responsibly. We provide the AI generator and feedback tools for your convenience. You are solely responsible for ensuring your review solicitation practices comply with local regulations and Google's Terms of Service (including Google's policies against review gating, incentivized feedback, or fake reviews).

5. Intellectual Property

The AI review generation layouts, codebases, custom Stand vector designs, and dashboard interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexodo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform dashboard during your active subscription period.
